Bulksheet Optimizer
Import your Amazon Ads bulk file, bulk-edit bids, states, placement adjustments and budgets across Sponsored Products & Sponsored Brands, then export an upload-ready bulksheet containing only your changes.
What This Tool Does
Turns your raw bulk file into a fast, spreadsheet-style editor and exports only the rows you touched — as a valid upload.
- Bulk bid edits — Raise, lower, set, or compute bids from a target ACOS across hundreds of rows
- SP & SB together — Keywords, product targets, placements and campaigns in one place
- Safe export — Only edited rows, Operation = Update, IDs kept as text

Amazon's bulk file is powerful but unforgiving: thousands of rows across Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands, and one stray edit or malformed ID can get the whole upload rejected. Most optimizers end up editing bids in Excel by hand, then second-guessing whether the file will import cleanly. This tool gives you a fast, spreadsheet-style grid to make those changes safely — and exports only the rows you actually touched.
Import the bulk file straight from Campaign Manager, then bulk-edit bids, states, placement adjustments and budgets across keywords, product targets, placements and campaigns. Every edit queues in a pending-changes tray so you can review before you commit, and the export writes a valid bulksheet with Operation = Update, the previous value noted beside each change, and ID columns preserved as text so nothing breaks on re-upload.
How It Works
- 1
Export your bulk file
In Campaign Manager go to Bulk Operations, download the Sponsored Products and/or Sponsored Brands bulk file. Everything below runs entirely in your browser — the file is never uploaded.
- 2
Import and browse
Drop the file in. The tool reads the SP, SB and SB Multi Ad Group tabs and lays them out as sortable, filterable grids of keywords, targets, placements and campaigns.
- 3
Edit in bulk
Select rows and raise, lower or set bids, compute bids from a target ACOS, pause or enable, or adjust placement percentages — one row or hundreds at a time.
- 4
Review and export
Check the pending-changes tray, revert anything you reconsider, then export an upload-ready bulksheet containing only your edits, plus an optional change log.
When To Use This Tool
Bid optimization at scale
Adjust bids across a whole campaign or match type in seconds, or set bids from a target ACOS for every keyword that has sales.
Cut wasted spend fast
Filter to clicks-with-no-orders or high-ACOS rows, then pause or lower bids across the whole selection at once.
Tune placements & budgets
Change top-of-search and product-page adjustments, switch bidding strategies, and edit daily budgets without hand-editing the sheet.
Safe, reviewable uploads
Only edited rows are exported with Operation = Update and IDs kept as text, so your bulk upload imports cleanly the first time.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. The entire tool runs client-side in your browser using SheetJS. Your bulk file is read locally and never sent to any server, so campaign data and performance numbers stay on your machine.
It reads the Sponsored Products Campaigns, Sponsored Brands Campaigns and SB Multi Ad Group Campaigns tabs from a standard Amazon Bulk Operations export. Sponsored Display is not currently supported.
Only the rows you edited. Each exported row has Operation = Update with the changed field, the previous value noted in an extra column for your reference, and every ID column stored as text so Amazon doesn't reformat or reject them. Untouched rows are left out entirely.
Amazon validates every sheet in an uploaded workbook and rejects the whole file if any sheet is missing the Product/Entity/Operation headers. So the change log is a separate download — use the 'Change log' button to export it alongside your bulksheet.
For each selected row that has sales, it sets the new bid to revenue-per-click × your target ACOS — i.e. (Sales ÷ Clicks) × Target ACOS. Rows without sales are skipped so you don't zero out bids on keywords that simply haven't converted yet.
